Delete your data

You can permanently delete your dotcity account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. Deleting your account removes your name, email, profile photo, and any linked Google or Facebook login.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

1. Log in to your dotcity account.
2. Go to Dashboard → Settings.
3. Under Delete account, confirm and select Permanently delete.

If you signed up with Facebook

You can also remove dotcity from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings. Facebook then notifies us automatically and we delete the data associated with that login.

Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email us at jronny@email.com from the address on your account and we will delete your data within 30 days.

What we delete and what we keep

• Deleted: your account identifiers — name, email, profile image, password, and linked social logins.
• Kept: public business listings you created remain in the directory as they are not personal to you. Ask us if you'd like a listing removed too.
